CT job for OT with dementia experience

I have a background in occupational therapy. I worked for approx. 10 years building on experience in assessing dementia and training staff and families as well as discharge planning. I have been working for my husband in his woodwork business for the past 7 years and have not kept up my license as it was not possible to do both. I have always known that when I returned to the health field that I wanted a non-traditional job utilizing my experience in the area of dementia. I have always wanted to work in an Adult Day Care or Assisted living setting providing needs assessments, providing training with staff and familes as well as being involved in programming. Can anyone give me any advice in how an OT can find a job in these settings? Are there any concerns about not having a license as I won't be calling myself and OT but using my experience. I would have to take the registration exam again as well as spend a lot of time and money to get CCUs.

    Thanks for any advice,
