I am a BSN student with UOP. Currently taking the nursing managment course but I am not working and would like to talk with a nurse manager about the budgeting process and possibly how changes are implemented at your facility. If anyone is interested in helping by sharing your perspective- I have been a ER/ICU nurse since 1992 and am on a sabbatical from work so moving forward with my BSN-MSN.
