Hello fellow OTs!

I am asking for help.  I have recently taken over the position of Rehab Director of a 170 bed SNF.  OK - stressful.  Plus I have a full caseload (15 or so residents with more each day) and supervising 1 COTA, 2 PTs, 1 PTA (the former director) and a SLP.  OK - stress continues!  What is really getting to me is the fact that I have no time and particularly no time for paperwork.  We are computerized, but we have no template in our system for an OT evaluation.  I am having difficulties with writing up the evaluations since they are narrative.  Does anyone out there have a template for the geriatric/SNF setting that I could use?  I am beyond stressed.  They have put an ad in for another COTA (anyone wanting to move down to the Hilton Head, SC area, please write a response), but who knows when help will arrive.  Any help with minimizing my paperwork would help greatly!!
