How is the staffing in your hospital? Do you have a unit secretary or patient care assistant? Are you overburdened with so much paperwork that you can't actually take care of your patients? Nurses need to unite for what is right. The right to take care of patients! I am not affiliated with any bargaining orgainization. The way I have to do my best is hindered by those who would never be a patient in their own hospital. It's health care not health profit.
