    WHY IS IT HARD TO FIND MRI ON THE JOB TRAINING?

    I HAVE BEEN SEACHING IN SOUTH FLORIDA FOR A JOB AS A RT TO CROSS TRAIN INTO MRI, ITS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE SO I DECIDED TO GO TO SCHOOL FOR IT. I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT. I WANT TO KNOW IF ITS HARD TO LEARN AND HOW HARD IS THE REGISTRY AND IS THE FIELD FLOODED LIKE XRAY IS.

    I believe that MRI is one of the most difficult areas of imaging to master.  The physics is also very difficult.  There are schools for this type of training.  The one I recommend is in the San Francisco Bay Area and is open to only RT's.  It's at Mills-Peninsula Hospital in Burlingame, CA.
