Hello everyone, I am wondering if it is legal or ethical for employers to mandate to their therapists that they will treat all patients for a minimum amount of time, irrespective of need? If employers are telling their therapists to treat all patients for at least x amount of time, is that something that the employer needs to "officially" put into a policy manual? Any feedback or directing to relevant resources would be appreciated. Thank you!
