I need some help devising the attention-getting resume.  I graduated in July 2008 with my MLT, and I already have a BS in Biology and a MPH.  I've been working as a Lab Assistant until I can get hired as a MT.  Oh I am certified and licensed as an MT.  Any ideas how to play up my 2 1/2 yrs as a Lab Assistant?

I think you should clearly mention your experiences,why to play up??,i think you should visit some resume building sites for  creating your own resumes using inbuilt resume templates,i know some sites where you can create professional resume,
