I have been researching for any information that justifies the use or non use of platic test tubes for testing in blood bank (i.e. ABORH typing, Immediate Spin Crossmatches, Fetal screen workups). So far I can only find information dated back to the '80s.  Any information pros or cons would be greatly appreciated.
