I currently am working with a 21 y/o female pt with a Dx of arnold chari. I have just started working in the field and I am looking for some ideas for treatment. She has increased tone, ataxic gait, decreased fmc. She had a sx in november and has been in the hospital ever since secondary to silent aspiration. Her ST did a swallow study today and there has benn some improvement but I am looking for any new thoughts or treatment ideas that would help add to what we are already working on. I feel like I am failing her.
