My Fellow Coders/ HIM Professionals,

I was wondering if anyone knows a reference of clinical examples that support or dispute the usage of modifier 25. I would just like something to reference something that could help me to determine in complex situations when the usage of modifier 25 would be appropriate or not. I'm sure something has to be out there, but would prefer it to come from a concrete source (i.e. AMA [highly preferred]).  Thank you!
