So I was always told in school that Medicare initial visit and q 3rd visit must be made by an MD. I am now told that in the future I will need to do both and just have the MD sign off on the chart after a quick meet and greet following the visit. Is this wrong? Illegal? I'm informed that this is how all the practices practice. True or False?
