Getting into Home Health without Experience...possible?

I have been working as a P.T for almost 15 years and all of my experience is in outpatient orthopedics.  I have seen a lot of post-op, some geriatrics, but very little neuro.  I am looking for a change now.  I enjoy geriatrics and feel the autonomy of a position in home health would be a good fit.   There seems to be numerous job opportunities in home health in my area.

Besides taking continuing education courses, do you think making this change would be feasible, or would I end up having a very difficult time due to my lack of expertise and experience.

     Thanks ~

Nothing is impossible if you are determined enough. Not easy, but still very possible!
