    Online FNP Program

Hi, I am currently looking for suggestions on an online FNP or ENP program.  I was taking classes at a local college in the Norfolk, VA area, but I live in Williamsburg, so the commute is long and I work nights, so it is difficult to arrange everything around my schedule.  I have 20 credits at the moment, so I am almost done.

    Any suggestions?

I graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile in 2005 - EXCELLENT!  Plus, MUCH more affordable than the private on-line Universities.  Feel free to email me - shariwells@cablelynx.com

I graduated from St. Louis University FNP program but currently work ER.  It was about80% on-line and it is the best education i have ever had.  I graduated 2002, lived about 2 1/2 hours away from St. Louis.  I did have to make a couple of trips over for class and they do require oral boards (or they did) which you have to attend, but it is a wonderful program and i would highly recommend it.  Best of luck.

I attended Western U. of Health Science in Pomona, Ca.   This is a superb program.  Most was on-line but a trip to campus for a weekend every two months was required.  All clinicals were done at home.  Can't recommend this program highly enough.  Best of luck.

    Hi

A great online FNP program is at Ball State University.  The program has an MS/FNP program, as well as a Post Master program.  It is entirely online with out any on campus requirements.  It is fully accredited, and cost are average.  The University is located in Muncie IN.

You can find out info at their web site.

I am in an online program in Tennessee. I moved here from NY. Its the best experience I have ever had, especially when you have a spouse, kids and work full time.

I graduated from Duke University's online FNP program. It was a great program, staff/faculty easy to work with. Clinicals were local. Campus visits were few and far between. Email me with questions.
