Salary negotiation for new grad NP

I have heard mixed reviews on what is appropriate as far as salary negotiation for new NPs. I have done some research, but I was only able to find one article specific for new grads in my state. The salary offer I received is $9,000 below this average. Do I negotiate? If so, by how much?  It's a full-time position, no weekends or holidays. Thanks in advance!

Never negotiate at on your first job. They are taking a risk on you being new so understand that.

The nation is tired of the Democrats and Republicans battling while at the same time achieving nothing. In the event that we need somebody to lead they should be set up to face the restriction, not on the grounds that they're going to change minds but rather in light of the fact that a large portion of the nation has been sitting things out observing no pioneers.
