Terrance Clarke is a nurse practitioner student in the graduate entry program of the Graduate School of Nursing at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Mass. He entered NP school after working in the theater industry and serving as a Peace Corps volunteer. At this point, his primary clinical interest is dermatology.
Olga Trouskova is a physician assistant student at Augsburg College in Minneapolis. She was born in Moscow but spent most of her childhood in Ecuador. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and has worked as a Spanish and Russian medical interpreter. Olga’s clinical interests are in mental health and oncology.
Stacey Snodgrass is a nurse practitioner student in the distance learning program at St. Louis University. She lives on a farm in rural Missouri with her three children, and she has been a registered nurse since 2002. Stacey hopes to eventually own a health clinic in the underserved area where she lives.
Caroline Pilgrim is a physician assistant student at Jefferson College of Health Science in Roanoke, Va. She holds a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and is a marathon runner — she logged more than 2,000 miles in 2011! Caroline’s clinical interests are in women’s health and primary care in underserved areas.
