I also have been out of the nursing field for 16 years and would like to know if there is a refresher course available and is it necessary to take to get another nursing job.

Susan Mendez:I have been out of the job market for a long time....19 years.  Would like to get back in.  Any suggestions?  Does anybody know of a LPN refresher course out there.  I have been looking but not having much luck.
