So essentially you, as the "Chief Intake Officer", must set the pace at which your entire organization gathers information.  Do you feel the pace at which you personally gather information has any correlation to the number of monthly hours your clinicians need to stay current?

I was a Verizon customer in Tampa, FL using the FIOS service and loved it.  I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.  Unfortunately I moved and it is not available in my new area...back to Comcast.
