An RN can that has been certified and trained to administer and supervise administration of chemotherapy. I agree with many aspects of this discussion. I precept many RN students with varing degrees of critical thinking and clinical reasoning abilities. The ADN programs are definitely not what they used to be, quality has suffered in a haste to produce more RNs. The population that chooses to proceed to the direct path of NP without practice ...
