    A BIG AMEN TO THAT!!! I TOO HAVE BEEN AN LPN FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE DONE THE EXACT THING YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!! WE TRAIN THE RN'S AND THEN WE GET KICKED IN THE REAR END FOR IT!! I RATHER TRUST MY LIFE IN THE HANDS OF AN EXPERINCED LPN'S HANDS THEN ANY NEW RN JUST OUT OF SCHOOL!!!
