I'm a home care therapist with a 450 # pt. who formerly could do stand/pivot transfers, can't since hospitalization due to deconditioning and also severe knee pain.  Might be able to begin WB with tilt table or pther appropriate equipment.  Anyone know of a facility that can accomodate bariatric patients?
