Does anyone check salary ranges for different states?  I know about the AHIMA survey and Advance survey, but are they accurate?  Is there any way to find out what different hospitals in an area have for a range of pay for coders?  I just have no clue, having worked for two years, starting low, but now with a CCS, what to ask for in ...
