I would suggest you go to work for someone else.  It's not like that everywhere.   

I haven't heard of 'axillary web syndrome' but it sounds as if it may be similar to hydrangenitis purpura (? spelling) or some sort of scarring problem / soft tissue shortening.  I guess I will need to look it up.  There should be a V-code for post surgery.  I know there are codes for late effects of scarring, try looking under ...
