    My experience with the 20 - 30 somethings is that if you need to communicate with them, don't call them on that old fashioned technology called a phone. &nbsp;If you want a response you'd better be texting them. &nbsp;I have found generation Y has trouble communicating verbally. &nbsp;Health care is a people business, so that presents a problem. ...
