    I am still confusing on billing for iv push and hydration codes. &nbsp; if the patient was given phenegan(90774) and normal saline (90760). Can i bill for both or can do i have to only bill for one initial?

    I live in Houston, TX and I am looking for some to help me prepare for the CCS. I don't have a lot of money to buy books and materials, but I can afford some if they are reasonable.
