Tim, I am a new OTA grad. From my understanding, isn't it your job to provide guidance for your COTA's? Something else you must not have obtained in your higher level education. I am truly sad that something has lead you to such negative outlooks towards OTA's.  Please do us all a favor, learn to RESPECT your OTA's......we are needed ...
