    I have been working in a Genesis facility where they expect 90% productivity.&nbsp; I do 2-3 evals every day!&nbsp; I have been told by the rehab director that if it takes 2 hours to review a chart, do the eval, type the eval into the computer etc.&nbsp; then 1 hour of the 2 should be billed as treatment time.&nbsp; I have been told that I should ...
