I think the rate depends on experience , area and whatever the company you work for is willing to pay.I have been a PT for 20 years (last 5 years only home care) and work in the Detroit-area.I work for 4 different companies and they pay $60 , $65 and $70 per visit( I am self employed(pay my own tax , no benefits)).

Please give me some feedback on pacemaker + electrical stimulation.
I am wondering if ES to the back has any effect on pacemaker.It seems to me it is too far to have any negative effect on the pacemaker (?)
